On Saturday, November 26, DC residents will kick off the holiday season at the Third Annual CityCenterDC Holiday Tree Lighting. This annual event will feature an entire evening of holiday fun, including the official tree lighting ceremony that will light the city skyline with a stunning 75-foot Christmas tree covered in twinkling lights.
During the CityCenterDC Holiday Tree Lighting, residents will also enjoy a holiday-themed concert and countdown to the tree lighting. People of all ages can enjoy face painting, balloon artists, jugglers, and other holiday activities, as well as 25-foot reindeer. You'll also admire the brand new Palmer Alley overhead holiday display, which stretches three full city blocks. Once your Thanksgiving festivities are through, get in the holiday spirit at this fun, all-ages community event!
