The Georgetown Waterfront Park is a new green space stretching out over 225 miles along the banks of the incredible Potomac River. It has a number of interesting features that make it a unique addition to DC’s family of parks.
This park spans from 31st Street Northwest, all the way to the Key Bridge, giving visitors plenty of space to enjoy whatever outdoor activity they choose. Head over to the Fountain on a hot day to enjoy some cool and wet fun, or stop by the Pollinator Gardens to take in the beauty of growing flowers. Calm your mind and body with a walk inside the Labyrinth, which is located in the western part of the park. Along the way, you’ll find plenty of car-free pathways where you can skate, bike, or simply walk while taking in spectacular views of the river. Step away from the city and into this green oasis!
