There’s a new spot in Logan Circle that’s bound to be a contender for your favorite  bar. The Crown & Crow combines the speakeasy flair of the early 1900’s with some seriously delicious, modern libations. 

The bar space and surrounding seating at Crown & Crow has a more open feel than a tight speakeasy, but with a lot of the same dark wood and mysterious ambiance. The drink selection is simple and straightforward: classic martinis or mojitos, a few lagers and ales, and a nice selection of wines top the menu. Happy hour is nice and long each night – 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. – and features $5 rail drinks and $2 off beer and wine. If you’re coming as much for the atmosphere as a tasty drink, enjoy live blues, jazz and Irish music a few nights a week to complete the swanky, turn-of-the-century feel.
