Now open in the West End, Tang specializes in craft-your-own noodle soup with fresh and healthy ingredients, as well as several signature dishes. Start off by choosing your soup base from options like seafood, veggie, pork, or spicy seafood, and then customizing it with noodles, toppings, and garnishes. If you’re not feeling creative, the signature dishes are an easy way to try tasty combinations, such as the Pork Noodle loaded with pork and ground beef, scallions, bean sprouts, bok choy, button mushrooms, and corn. There is also a Kung Fu Tea located in the same space, which goes great with ramen.
Inside, you’ll find a clean aesthetic design, which complements the no-fuss menu and simple ingredients. The dining area is spacious and there is plenty of seating along the oversized windows. Tang is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
