Residences on the Avenue offers 44 thoughtfully designed affordable apartment homes, offering studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. These residences are available at rents affordable to households earning between 80% and 120% of the Median Family Income (MFI). Housing vouchers and subsidies are warmly welcomed. In addition, we proudly offer leasing services for seven affordable townhome-style residences located just steps away on F Street. These range from studios to two-bedroom layouts and are available to households earning up to 80% of the MFI.
